General Information about Shipping
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the large volume of orders on special days (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) shipping times may vary.
Due to the worldwide situation linked to the COVID19 emergency, orders may be delayed in shipping and / or delivery.
If you wish to change the shipping address once the order has been placed, it is very important to notify us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping information for that order.
Each change made to the shipping address, once the order has been shipped, will add a shipping cost equal to the cost of shipping to the new destination according to the rates in force at that time.
For all national and international orders, the selected courier will be chosen according to the delivery time and the proportional cost. Any delay in delivery by the courier is not of our relevance.
National and international orders are shipped by air and / or sea.
As soon as your order goes, a confirmation email is sent from which you can track your order. In case you were not present at the time of delivery, the shipping company will contact you to plan a second delivery. On our website the cost of the products always includes shipping costs.
Shipments to countries outside the European Union and international shipments in general may be subject to customs fees and additional costs. In any case, these costs will be borne by the customer and will be paid to the relevant customs office.
Cancellations and returns policy
Customers have the right of withdrawal, to be agreed and managed with the supplier of the product. The reasons can be: product received is different than the product purchased, defective product, product not available. To simplify the withdrawal, uk.milcky.com asks customers to notify it by email, specifying if they want a refund or a credit (see section 3). The refund will be made in the same way in which the product was originally purchased (credit card or Paypal).
